ShopFun 前身為 Mr Coupon，是一個讓用戶在小店消費時賺取積分並兌換獎賞的平台。ShopFun 最初使用現成 App 模板測試市場，隨着加盟店和會員增加，現有模板已難以滿足日益增加的功能需求。因此， ShopFun 計劃開發自家的積分 App，並塑造更具特色的品牌形象。
ShopFun, formerly known as Mr Coupon, was a platform that enabled users to earn points through purchases at local stores and redeem them for rewards. Initially, ShopFun utilized an off-the-shelf app template to test the market. As the number of participating merchants and members grew, the existing template struggled to accommodate the expanding functionality requirements. Consequently, ShopFun planned to develop its own customer loyalty app and cultivate a distinctive brand identity.

我們全面重塑 ShopFun 的視覺形象，並打造專屬吉祥物，以提升品牌親和力與辨識度。同時，我們設計了全新的積分 App 介面，App 涵蓋會員版及商戶版，以支援更完整的搜尋、兌換和積分增值流程，改善用家體驗。
We revamped ShopFun’s visual identity and created a unique mascot to enhance brand affinity and recognition. Additionally, we designed a new customer loyalty app UI, encompassing both member and merchant versions, to support more comprehensive search, redemption, and point top-up processes, significantly improving the UX.

ShopFun 的吉祥物是一隻手繪卡通風格的小怪獸，其獨眼源自「獨具慧眼」的成語，象徵能敏銳發掘全港特色小店與獎賞。App 內的 Icons、插圖與 Logo 亦延續吉祥物的設計風格，強調筆觸質感，在簡約中帶出古怪趣味；品牌主色為橙色，輔以深啡色，營造充滿活力、貼近年輕族群的品牌形象。
ShopFun’s mascot is a hand-drawn, cartoon-style monster with a single eye inspired by the Chinese idiom 「獨具慧眼」, symbolizing keen discernment and the ability to uncover unique local shops and rewards throughout the city. The app’s icons, graphics and logo embrace the same visual style as the mascot, emphasizing expressive brushstrokes that blend minimalism with a playful quirkiness. The brand’s primary color is orange, complemented by deep brown accents to project an energetic and youthful identity that resonates with younger audiences.

全新的會員版 ShopFun App 有更全面的小店搜尋功能。除了直接輸入店名搜尋，用家還可透過地圖尋找位於自己所在地附近的小店、按香港 18 區篩選店舖，或根據不同類型（如餐廳、零售等）快速搜索特色小店。
The upgraded ShopFun app, in member version, delivers a robust store search experience. Users can go beyond simple name searches, leveraging an interactive map to locate nearby shops, filtering by 18 districts in Hong Kong, or browsing by category (e.g., dining, retail) to effortlessly reveal distinctive local stores.
每間小店皆設有專屬介紹頁，清楚列出積分匯率、營業時間及社交媒體等資訊。
Each store has a dedicated profile page that clearly displays its points conversion rate, business hours, and social media links.
會員專頁整合最近的消費、積分及獎賞紀錄。若獎品為網店優惠，優惠碼會直接顯示在會員版 App 的獎賞頁，並提供一鍵複製功能。同時，頁面亦清楚列明領取狀態及日期，避免重複領取。
The member page consolidates recent transactions, points, and reward records. For online store rewards, the discount code is displayed directly on the rewards page in the member app, with a one-tap copy function. The page also clearly shows the redemption status and date to prevent duplicate claims.
商戶可透過商戶版 App 向 ShopFun 購買積分，再自行派發給於店內消費的會員。首頁會顯示店鋪目前積分餘額，並設有積分增值的快捷鍵。
Merchants can purchase points from ShopFun through the merchant app and distribute them to members who shopped in their shop at their discretion. The homepage displays the store’s current points balance and provides a quick-access button for top-ups.
店員透過商戶版 App 掃描會員的 QR Code，即可查看該會員於店內的消費紀錄以及可兌換的禮品。點撃「交易」按鈕後輸入訂單金額，系統便會根據匯率，自動計算出會員可賺取的積分。
By scanning a member’s QR code with the merchant app, staff can view the member’s in-store purchase history and available rewards. After tapping the “Transaction” button and entering the order amount, the app automatically calculates the points earned based on the set conversion rate.
