Canlife 寵物移民公司依賴 Excel 管理項目和報價，但 Excel 缺乏專業的項目管理功能，無法支援公司追蹤個案進度、收集客戶檔案、發送提醒等運作需求。因此，Canlife 迫切需要一個全面、自動化的 ERP 方案，提升運營效率。
Canlife, a pet immigration company, initially relied on Excel for project management and quotations. However, Excel’s limited project managemnt capabilities proved insufficient for tracking case progress, managing client data, sending notifications, and handling other operational demands. As a result, Canlife required a comprehensive, automated ERP solution to improve productivity.

我們設計的 ERP 系統旨在簡化項目管理。系統不僅自動化了報價過程和客戶通知，還提供報價管理、時間軸管理、產品管理、會員及職員帳號管理、財務管理等多種功能，以滿足 Canlife 不同的業務需求。
Our ERP system streamlines project management by automating the quotation process and client notifications. It also provides comprehensive tools for managing quotations, timelines, products, member and staff accounts, and financial reporting, all tailored to meet Canlife’s evolving business demands.

簡介 Introduction
根據 Canlife 的品牌識別，我們選用了紅色、泥黃色、啡色與灰色作為主色調。其中較為搶眼的紅色與泥黃色被用作 CTA 元素，以吸引用戶注意。為了讓用家能一眼辨識、快速找到所需的資料夾和資訊，系統亦以高辨識度的 Icons 取代繁瑣文字。
In line with Canlife’s brand identity, we adopt red, ochre, brown, and grey as the primary colors. The more attention-grabbing red and ochre are used for CTA elements to draw user attention. To facilitate immediate recognition and access to the required folders and information, the system substitutes lengthy text with high-recognition icons.

以往客戶透過 WhatsApp 查詢報價時，需由專人逐一回覆，處理時間較長。引入 ERP 系統後，客戶只需填寫線上查詢表格，系統便會根據目的地、寵物尺寸等資料，自動生成初步報價，快速跟進每一單生意，把握每個銷售機會。
In the past, quotation requests via WhatsApp required manual handling, resulting in delays and inefficiencies. With the ERP system, clients can submit enquiry forms online, and the system automatically generates preliminary quotations based on factors such as destination and pet size, enabling rapid follow-up and maximizing sales opportunities.
在報價單中，每個收費項目均視為一個產品。有些項目（如狗籠費用）會依航空公司或寵物大小而調整。職員可於產品管理中設定產品的規格與價格，生成報價單時，系統便可自動配對適合的產品並計算總金額，使過程更加方便快捷。
Each chargeable item in a quotation is treated as a product. Some items, such as crate fares, are adjusted based on the airline or the pet’s size. Staff can configure product specifications and pricing within the product management page. When generating a quotation, the system automatically selects the corresponding fares and calculates the total amount, streamlining the quoting process and improving operational efficiency.
建立個案後，系統會根據寵物品種及目的地生成專屬時間軸，清楚記錄每個階段需完成的工作，並標註日期與狀態。總覽列表則會集中顯示所有個案及其時間軸，讓職員一目了然地掌握不同個案的進展。針對重要事項，例如付款、疫苗接種或遞交文件的截止日，系統會自動向客戶發送 WhatsApp 提醒。
Upon case creation, the system generates a dedicated timeline based on the pet’s breed and destination, detailing all required actions at each stage along with applicable dates and status updates. The overview table consolidates all cases and their timelines, allowing staff to track the progress of each case with ease. For important dates, such as payments, vaccination appointments, or document submission deadlines, the system automatically sends WhatsApp notifications to clients.
寵物移民涉及大量文件往來，客戶可透過系統上傳狗牌、疫苗紀錄等資料，職員亦可同步分享機票等文件。系統作為文件管理平台，方便雙方集中整理、存取及搜尋所需資料。
Pet relocation involves extensive document exchange. Through the system, clients can upload files such as dog licenses and vaccination records, while staff can share documents including flight tickets. Serving as a file management platform, the system facilitates both parties in centrally organizing, accessing, and searching for the necessary documents.
此外，透過職員填寫的支出記錄，以及公司向客戶發出的發票與收據，系統能夠呈現每月的支出與收入，並準確計算出月度財務報表。
Additionally, by leveraging expense records entered by staff along with client invoices and receipts, the system presents monthly expenses and revenues, automatically generates accurate monthly financial reports.
