UniOne Meditation Studio 是一個靈修空間,除了租借場地,還提供多元的身心靈服務。過往預約和場地管理依賴人手處理,流程繁瑣,在計算場地使用時數與超時費用時,也容易產生錯誤與爭議。為了提升營運效率,UniOne 希望引入電子管理系統,簡化預約、結算及管理流程。
UniOne Meditation Studio was a dedicated space for meditation, offering venue rental services along with a variety of holistic wellness programs. In the past, all bookings and venue management were handled manually, resulting in complex workflows and a high potential for errors and disputes — particularly when calculating usage hours and overtime charges. To enhance operational efficiency, UniOne desired for a digital management system to streamline booking, billing, and administrative processes.

我們設計的靈修預約 App,讓會員可隨時隨地預約和購買服務,一掃 QR code 便完成出入場登記。流暢的使用體驗讓會員到場後能專注投入靜修,不再被登記、付款等瑣事干擾,同時有效提升品牌的專業形象與整體服務質素。
We designed a meditation booking app that enables members to reserve and purchase services anytime, anywhere. With a simple QR code scan, check-in and check-out are completed in seconds. The hassle-free experience facilitates members to fully immerse themselves in their practice upon arrival, free from the distractions of registration and payment. Meanwhile, it elevates the brand’s professional image and enhances the overall quality of service.

我們選用了象徵自然的綠色、代表平靜的白色,營造出舒適寧靜的靈修意境。結合客戶 Logo 的風格,介面設計也融入了水彩元素,呼應品牌形象。另外,靈修預約 App 導航明確、佈局直觀,用家可以輕鬆獲取所需資訊,快速操作。
We select natural-inspired green and soothing white tones to create a comfortable and tranquil meditation atmosphere. Aligning with the client’s logo style, the UI incorporates watercolor elements that embody the brand identity. Furthermore, the meditation booking app features clear navigation and an intuitive layout, empowering users to access information effortlessly and operate easily.

會員用手機預約場地服務輕而易舉。靈修預約 App 會即時顯示各時段的名額,會員只需依次選擇分店、日期、時間及付款方式,便可輕鬆完成預約,全程無需職員協助。
Booking a venue is straightforward for members using their mobile phones. The meditation booking app displays real-time availability for each time slot, and members can easily complete the reservation by simply selecting the location, date, time, and payment method. The entire process is self-service, eliminating the need for staff assistance.


出入場登記方面,職員可以透過靈修預約 App 掃描會員的 QR Code,迅速識別會員資料並自動記錄入場時間。離場時再次掃描,App 便會計算停留時長,若超時則會提示繳付相應費用。自動化的場地管理流程大幅提升管理效率。
For check-in and check-out, staff can simply scan a member’s QR code using the meditation booking app, which instantly recognizes the member’s information and automatically records the entry time. Upon exit, a second scan calculates the total duration of stay and reminds staff to any overtime charges required. This fully automated process tremendously boosts the efficiency of venue management.


靈修預約 App 將會員資料全面數碼化,包括會員卡、預約紀錄、簽到記錄、已購買之服務及其有效期,不僅提升公司管理效率,也加強資訊透明度。
The meditation booking app fully digitizes member information, including membership cards, appointment records, check-in history, and purchased services, along with their validity periods. All information is easily accessible, which greatly raises operational efficiency and transparency.
