The staff at Heaven Recording Studio often had to repeatedly answer similar questions from customers when booking recording sessions, such as inquiries about preparation, the process, and production time, which increased communication burdens. Therefore, the studio aimed to create a short video to provide unified answers to frequently asked questions.
