GOWY 是一家供應寵物鮮食的初創品牌。他們希望打造的不僅是一個網店,更是一個能體現品牌用心的數碼購物體驗。客戶只需簡單操作,便可每月收到為毛孩度身訂造的鮮食餐單。然而,現時許多平台的靈活度及客製化程度都偏低,難以滿足 GOWY 的業務需求。
GOWY is an emerging brand specializing in fresh pet food. Instead of a conventional e-commerce site, they seek to create a digital experience that embodies the brand’s thoughtful approach. Customers should be able to subscribe effortlessly and receive a personalized meal plan for their pets each month. However, most existing platforms lack the flexibility and level of customization required to meet GOWY’s business needs.

我們為 GOWY 設計的網店內設有問卷功能,客人只需回答簡單問題,系統便會自動生成專屬的毛孩餐單。填妥信用卡資料,按下訂閱按鈕後,便能定時收到鮮食產品。這樣的功能不僅令購物過程便利,還加強了品牌與客戶之間的連結。
The online shop we designed for GOWY features a built-in survey. By answering a few questions, customers can receive a personalized meal plan for their pets, automatically generated by the system. Once they have entered their credit card details and clicked the subscribe button, fresh meals will be delivered to them regularly. This feature not only streamlines the shopping process but also strengthens the connection between the brand and customers.

網店配合產品包裝,以手繪插畫作為主視覺,透過寵物擬人化的趣味表現增添親和力。顏色則以 Logo 的橄欖綠,配搭粉紅和米色為主,利用暖色調營造溫馨、柔和的感覺。
The design of the online shop aligns with the product packaging, featuring hand-drawn illustrations as the main visual element. The playful use of anthropomorphized pets adds affinity. The color palette centers around the logo’s olive green, complemented by pink and beige tones to create a soft, inviting atmosphere.

有別於僅僅展示產品的網店首頁,我們透過說故事的方式,圖文並茂地介紹品牌理念、產品特色及訂閱方案。每個內容區塊皆設計精緻,兼具 Call to Action 引導顧客填寫問卷,為毛孩訂購專屬的鮮食餐單。
Unlike typical e-commerce homepages that simply showcase products, our design adopts a storytelling approach to present the brand’s vision, product benefits, and subscription package through engaging visuals and copy. Each content section is thoughtfully crafted with calls to action, guiding customers to complete the survey and purchase a personalized fresh meal plan for their pets.


設立問卷有兩個主要目的:一是為毛孩客製化鮮食餐單,二是收集資料以作日後推廣。系統的演算法會根據寵物的年齡、體重、飲食習慣及健康狀況,推薦合適的鮮食產品及建議份量,客人可按需要選擇不同的訂閱方案。我們亦會收集客人和寵物的個人資料,協助 GOWY 制定更貼心的行銷策略,例如於生日當月發送專屬優惠等,加強顧客忠誠度。
The survey serves two main purposes: (1) to personalize fresh meal plans for pets and (2) to collect data for future marketing efforts. The system’s algorithm recommends suitable fresh food products and portion sizes based on the pet’s age, weight, dietary habits, and health conditions. Customers can select different subscription options according to their needs. Additionally, we collect personal information about both the customer and their pet, enabling GOWY to develop more personalized marketing strategies — such as sending exclusive birthday offers — and reinforce customer retention.


問卷會根據客人最初填寫的寵物名稱,以其名字作為主語進行提問。選項以插畫形式呈現,亦會根據所填品種(貓或狗),在後續問題中顯示相應插圖。個人化的體驗不僅更有親和力,亦能提升客人的互動意願。
The survey incorporates the pet’s name provided by the customer as the subject in each question. Answer choices are illustrated, and depending on the selected species (cat or dog), corresponding visuals are displayed in the following questions. This personalized experience enhances warmth and relatability, encouraging higher levels of user engagement.


網店亦具備完整的線上購物功能,包括產品簡介、產品評價、購物車、結帳等,確保顧客能輕鬆瀏覽、選購和完成訂單。
The online shop equips a full suite of e-commerce features, including product descriptions, reviews, a shopping cart, and checkout system — ensuring customers can easily browse, select, and complete their purchases.


我們還設計了與網頁功能相同的手機 App,顧客可通過手機隨時隨地下單、管理會員資料和累積積分,讓訂閱過程更加流暢便捷。
We also designed a mobile app with the same functionality as the website, allowing customers to place orders, manage their membership details, and accumulate reward points anytime, anywhere. It turns the subscription process even more seamless and convenient.
