當今社會，人們畏懼無聊，因此不斷追尋新奇刺激的體驗來消除無聊感。然而，這種行為往往形成惡性循環，過度的刺激最終也會使人對生活感到乏味，難以在無聊與刺激之間找到平衡。
In today’s society, people dread boredom and constantly seek new and stimulating experiences to escape it. However, this behavior often provokes a vicious cycle, where excessive stimulation ultimately leaves us feeling numb to life, upsetting the delicate balance between boredom and stimulation.

我們策劃的「/悶 生活展」旨在通過藝術和互動體驗重新定義無聊，引導觀眾控制對刺激的追求，並擁抱無聊，在平靜中發掘創造和可能性。
We curated the /boredom exhibition to redefine boredom through art and interactive experiences. It guides the audience to control their pursuit of stimulation, embrace the feeling of boredom, and discover creativity and possibilities within tranquility.

簡介 Introduction
展覽以色環比喻對刺激的追求。繽紛的顏色代表多姿多彩的活動，單調的白色則象徵無聊。色環旋轉的速度反映了人們尋求刺激的程度：越是狂熱地追求，色環就轉動得越快，最終卻導向白色的乏味結局。
The exhibition uses a color wheel as a metaphor for the pursuit of stimulation. Various colors represent a diversity of activities, while monotonous white indicates boredom. The speed of the wheel’s rotation reflects the intensity of one’s search for stimulation: the more fervently one pursues it, the faster the wheel spins, eventually leading to a dull, white outcome.

色環的比喻應用於不同情境，如快速時尚、玩具、香料、賭博、暴力電影和電子產品。展覽中，這六個情境各自有獨特的色環展品及旋轉機制。展覽櫃亦被打造成不規則形狀，營造感官刺激。
The metaphor of the color wheel applies to various scenarios, such as fast fashion, toys, spices, gambling, violent movies, and electronic products. In the exhibition, each of these six scenarios consists of a unique color wheel exhibit and a spinning mechanism. Display cases are also in an irregular form to provoke sensory tension.
不停旋轉的色環揭示了過度刺激所釀成的悲劇。即使觀眾按下「暫停」按鈕，循環依舊無法停止。這一幕警示人們：在被刺激操縱之前，必先要學會自我控制。
The unstoppable spinning color wheel illustrates the tragedy caused by overstimulation. Even when the audience presses the “pause” button, the cycle cannot be stopped. The scene serves as a warning: learn self-control before being dominated by stimulation.
站在特定的位置，就能看到展覽櫃上「Boredom is Colorful」（無聊也能多姿多彩）的訊息。這個彩蛋啟發觀眾從另一個角度看待無聊，並在平凡的生活中發掘更多色彩。
From a specific spot, the message “Boredom is Colorful” appears on the display case. This Easter egg inspires the audience to view boredom from another perspective and to uncover more colors in everyday life.
