ALYSSA 是一家醫學美容中心，提供多項服務和優惠，但過往於門市及網站的預約依賴職員手動確認及處理，容易出錯並降低營運效率。同時，客人難以追蹤優惠和管理預約記錄，影響服務體驗。

預約會員 App 統一管理日常營運

我們設計的預約會員 App 讓客人隨時隨地輕鬆預約服務，並由系統自動確認。客人可以用 App 查看服務、優惠和購買記錄，接收最新推廣資訊。職員則可掃描會員 QR Code 快速查閱會員檔案，統一管理所有預約和交易，簡化流程，提高工作效率。

提升互動與品牌形象的擬真設計

我們採用玻璃擬態（Glassmorphism）與新擬態（Neumorphism）設計，通過模糊與半透明的玻璃質感卡片、陰影與高光對比的擬真按鈕，為界面注入立體感與未來感，增添趣味性並激發用戶互動。這種設計風格不僅提升了界面的視覺吸引力，更突顯了 ALYSSA 追求高科技與高級質感的品牌形象，與其品牌個性完美契合。

自助購買及預約體驗

會員可透過 App 線上購買及預約服務，系統僅顯示可用的日期、時間和分店，確保預約過程順暢無誤。所有預約在付款後將由系統自動確認，無需職員手動處理，大幅提升效率與用戶體驗。

會員資料集於一身，方便管理與查閱

會員與職員均可進入會員專區查看購買、預約、服務、積分及禮品的紀錄。資料集中管理不僅方便客人掌握個人狀況，提升用戶體驗，亦能優化服務效率，減少溝通誤會。

同時吸引新舊客戶的消息及推薦功能

會員可透過手機 App 接收最新優惠消息推送，內文設有購買服務連結及推薦朋友功能。會員只需填寫朋友的姓名及電話，資料便會傳至後台作後續的推廣用途。同時，系統會自動向朋友發送 WhatsApp 訊息，邀請他們下載會員 App 賺取優惠，為品牌吸引新客戶。
